Trouble signing in?
If your password no longer works, click Forgot password. You'll receive a reset email at your registered address (check your spam folder too). The link is valid for thirty minutes after sending.
If the linked mailbox is no longer accessible, contact support via live chat from the support page with your name and the previously approved KYC details: an agent will guide you through recovery.
For a suspicious login attempt detected by our algorithm (new IP address, new device, unusual geolocation), you receive an immediate notification with a one-click invalidation link. Pawnbet never asks for your credentials by email or phone: any such request is a phishing attempt to report to support.
Enable two-factor authentication
Once logged in, head to My Account → Settings → Security to enable 2FA. Compatible with Google Authenticator, Authy and Microsoft Authenticator. Every subsequent login will then require a 6-digit code generated on your phone, which effectively protects your balance against credential stuffing attacks.
